Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

US shipping

• Standard (3–7 business days): $5.95, free on orders over $75
• Express (1–3 business days): $14.95

International

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Signature & insurance

All orders ship with tracking. Orders over $150 require a signature on delivery. Every order is insured until it is delivered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at hello@julaybee.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
